We have been living here for over five years and I'm still in shock when this town shuts down with the sight of snow. Not to say that I don't LOVE my "snow days" - hanging out at home with Jalen, but this is crazy!! Here are a few pics of what actually constitutes a snow day (you can't quite see it in the top picture, but a neighbor wrote "HELP" on the street):

Golf, Football, and Family
Scott went on a four-day golf trip to Bandon Dunes with his dad, brother, and Uncle. They stayed for the Oregon vs. Washington game - Go Ducks!! Annie and I took advantage of the time together, by getting a babysitter and shopping all day with Scott's cousin Steph. We had a great time!! The weekend ended with a trip to the Children's Museum, which is one of our new favorite places...there is so much to do that we haven't even begun to see it all in our two visits.

Ellie is saying, "D for Daddy."
This was our best attempt to get a shot of both kids in front of the art structure.
